Sifu Jeff Anderson (March, 2008)
Sifu Jeff Anderson began training in Wing Chun in February of 2002. He has shown himself to be a highly dedicated student and teacher of the art, and has brought in a great depth of knowledge and insight, especially in regards to the internal aspects. I believe that Jeff will continue the tradition and goals of the Maine Academy of Wing Chun Kung Fu through his endeavors as a teacher. Jeff is currently a level one sifu and has completed his training on the Muk Jan Zong or Wooden Dummy Form. He is currently training on the Luk Dim Bun Gon or Six-and-a-half-point Pole for the sifu two. I hope to complete Jeff's training in the next year.
